This little male kingfisher looks like he has bitten off more than he can chew, or at least more than he can swallow whole. But, after nearly ten minutes of thrashing it around and flailing it on the cable and tossing it in the air, he did finally get it down by getting it nose-to-nose. He grabbed his lunch in Jacks Creek in Washington NC.
