GP38-2 503 is finally getting North Carolina & Virginia Railroad’s current livery. They were planning on adding one color per day. She is nearing completion awaiting clear-coating, refitting trim, and some mechanical work left to do. She’s also sporting a new number: 2173. We caught her primered a couple of weeks ago. I shot these April 10.
